We use Allume SolShare to deliver the NSW Government’s SoAR 50% Grant program.
CHECKLIST Is your Building suitable?

A good solar energy roof has no shade from other structures or trees.
Good roof access needs consideration during installation & for periodic cleaning.

The Grant is limited to a maximum of 55 apartments.
The SolShare unit has 15 connections - 5 on each phase.
The maximum size of a SolShare system is 35 AMPS per phase.

Modern, mid-sized buildings are much easier to fit a SolShare solution.
Ideally, the Meter and supply for each unit, along with the Common light and power are all co-located on a central meter panel or a main switchboard (MSB).
A Cable Service duct from the roof to the MSB is required.

The SolShare solution requires an Internet connection to enable energy to be allocated between resident & Common meters.
This connection also facilitates energy monitoring & reporting.
