SUPA (Smart Urban Properties Australia) is a major participant in supplying and installing Embedded Networks into multi resident buildings, across the eastern seaboard of Australia.
The company supplies energy tand network services to 550+ Embedded Networks in Queensland and Victoria. They operate about 100 Embedded Networks, here in New South Wales, supplying energy and a bundle of network services to these large scale properties.
Since August 2023, SUPA has been backed by IFM Investors, with a $50 million investment. IFM is one of the world’s largest infrastructure asset managers with AU$230 billion in funds under management (as at 31 December 2024). This provides SUPA with
the capital depth to take on large customers and deliver a spectrum of building services.

There are many early Embedded Network Agreements that were biased towards the Developer. When these Agreements come up for renewal, SUPA is keen to submit a Tender.
